Community is incredibly important to us and we are committed to facilitating a free and fair trading environment for all participants. At Immutable, some of our people will at times have access to information, and capabilities to shape NFT economies, that are not available to the public. We take this responsibility very seriously and have implemented internal policies to set guardrails for our people. These policies cover a range of activities, including:
Immutable team members must not trade, or cause or assist another person to trade, digital assets developed by Immutable or on the Immutable platform using material non-public information. This includes completing activities in advance to qualify for airdrops or rewards that have not been publicly announced.
Team members must not take into consideration their own NFT collection when making product decisions, and must remove themselves from decision-making processes where a reasonable person may perceive that they may have a conflict of interest. Specifically, but without limitation, Immutable team members must not make design, artistic, marketing and prioritisation decisions that will increase the value of NFTs they own unless it is in the best interest of the game and economy as a whole, and with any conflicts of interest transparently declared.
